I graduated from Montclair State College in New Jersey in 1993 with a B.S. degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism. Yes, that's an actual major that gives you a Bachelor of Science degree! Think Disney Cruises, Marriott Hotels, Caribbean destination weddings and ski resorts. Early in my career I worked for the American Express Travel Related Services office in Budapest, Hungary and then for Habitat for Humanity International in Hungary. After getting married and returning to the USA, I worked as a headhunter and bail bondsman in New Jersey, and then for Enterprise Rent a Car in New York for two years, and was then recruited to work as a Real Estate Site Acquisition Manager for a leasing and network development company leasing and developing cell towers for Verizon Wireless, Sprint and T-Mobile. I've spent the majority of my professional career since 2000 working in the cell tower lease consulting industry advising utility companies, municipalities, thousands of property owners and their attorneys involved with cell tower lease negotiations and other transactional matters. I also work with hotel owners, gas station owners and convenience store portfolio owners on the deployment of revenue generating rooftop and indoor retail media and data analytic hardware.
